Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Merge Adventure: City Life (the “Game”), developed and published by Taner Öner under the Hipodrom Games brand (“Hipodrom Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading or using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the Game.

2. Information we may collect

The information processed depends on your device, platform, region, privacy choices and the features you use.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, precise location, health information or payment-card details. App-store operators and payment providers process payments; we do not receive your full card number.

3. How we use information

• Provide, maintain and improve the Game.
• Save progress and enable gameplay features.
• Analyze performance, engagement and feature use.
• Detect crashes, bugs, abuse, fraud and security problems.
• Serve and measure advertisements where enabled.
• Process, validate and restore in-app purchases.
• Respond to support, privacy and legal requests.
• Comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

4. Third-party services

The Game may integrate third-party software development kits and platform services. These providers may collect or process information according to their own policies:

• Google Play Services and Google Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob / Google advertising technologies
• Google Firebase, including analytics or crash reporting when enabled
• Unity Technologies, where Unity services are included
• Google Play and Apple for store distribution and purchases

We encourage you to review these policies. The inclusion of a provider can vary by platform and Game version.

5. Advertising and consent

The Game may display rewarded, interstitial or banner advertisements. Advertising partners may use device identifiers, approximate location, IP address and interaction data to provide, measure and prevent fraud in advertising.

Where required by law, we or our partners request consent before using information for personalized advertising. If you decline, you may still receive contextual or non-personalized ads. You can change advertising choices through the consent options available in the Game, your device privacy settings, or your Google/Apple advertising settings.

Removing or limiting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements.

6. In-app purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. Transactions are handled by Google Play, Apple App Store or another authorized platform provider. We may receive transaction identifiers, product information and purchase status to deliver or restore purchased content, but we do not receive complete payment-card information.

7. Data retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Game, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type and service provider.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to an independent mobile-game studio. However, no transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. We do not knowingly request a child’s real name, address, telephone number or personal email address through the Game.

Where applicable, age-related platform settings and advertising restrictions may be used to limit personalized advertising or data processing. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your country or region, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also:

• Reset or limit the use of your device advertising identifier.
• Adjust analytics, advertising or tracking permissions through the Game or device settings where available.
• Request deletion of information associated with a support request by emailing us.
• Delete locally stored Game information by clearing app data or uninstalling the Game, noting that this may not delete information retained by third-party providers.

To submit a privacy or deletion request, email hipodromgames@mail.com with the subject “Merge Adventure: City Life Privacy Request.” We may ask for limited information to verify and locate the relevant records. We will never ask for your password or full payment-card details.

10. International data transfers

Third-party providers may process information on servers located outside your country. Where applicable, providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Game, third-party services, legal requirements or our practices. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game or through an appropriate platform notice.
